Commissioned Art Pieces

All art pieces are created as custom commissions. Due to the unique and personalized nature of each piece, returns are generally not accepted except in cases of damage during shipping or significant deviation from agreed specifications.

Damage During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Specification Deviation

If the completed piece significantly differs from the agreed specifications discussed during the commission process, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss options for resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Commissioned work can be cancelled before production begins. Once work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial charges to cover materials and time invested. Specific terms will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Refund Process

In cases where a refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days. The refund amount will depend on the circumstances and stage of work completion.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or damaged delivery. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.
